Radish And Gorgonzola Salad

This chopped salad recipe features a creamy dressing that pairs perfectly with spicy radishes, Gorgonzola crumbles, and crisp romaine lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 8 to 10 radishes
  • Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
  • 1 recipe Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing (using Gorgonzola cheese)

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the cabbage and the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the radishes.

Step 2

Make the Blue Cheese Dressing (using Gorgonzola cheese).

Step 3

Toss the vegetables the desired amount of dressing. To serve, top with Gorgonzola crumbles and fresh ground pepper.
