- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
- 8 to 10 radishes
- Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
- 1 recipe Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing (using Gorgonzola cheese)
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cabbage and the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the radishes.
