Berry Cheesecake Salad Recipe – a fluffy no-bake cheesecake filling combined with bright fresh berries that’s sure to delight your tastebuds! This super refreshing and creamy delicious fruit salad is the perfect addition to any gathering.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 6 cups fresh ripe berries – strawberries (stemmed and sliced into bite-size pieces), blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
In a large bowl, with an electric hand mixer (or with a stand mixer), beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth.
Step 2
Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat on medium-high speed until creamy and blended. With a spatular, fold in whipped topping.
Step 3
Add berries and gently fold in until combined and coated with the cheesecake mixture.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
